Rialto Bridge & the Rialto Market
You arrive at the Rialto area and stop for an incredible fresh-roasted coffee in an out-of- the way coffee shop near the Rialto market, where the most famous torrefazioni (coffee shops) began. Then, cross the bustling market, enjoying the wonderful sights and smells of the fresh vegetables, fruit and fish. You will discover a genuine Venetian mask maker who still uses the techniques used in Venice since the beginning of the Carnival celebration.
San Trovaso a place where the Gondolas await you
You will visit the San Trovaso area which houses Venice’s famous gondolas. Then you walk to Dordoduro area of Venice where both the Guggenheim museum and the Pinault foundation are located. You will then take ferry back to San Marco and end your tour in. Crown your tour with a fabulous spritz aperitivo, the local pre-lunch drink!
