Early Morning Vatican Tour

You will be picked up by our English speaking driver and meet our SPECIAL speaking guide at the entrance to the Vatican Museum at 7.30 am.

Visit the world’s smallest walled country. Wander through the Museum’s 4 miles of eclectic art from Ancient to Egyptian, Etruscan to Contemporary highlighted by Michelangelo’s frescoes in the Sistine Chapel. You will have time to study the beauty and complexity of Michelangelo’s masterpiece. You will also see the Raphael rooms which was the private apartment of Pope Julius 11. These rooms are representative of a pure Renaissance masterpiece. Your tour will end with a visit to St. Peters Basilica, the most famous Cathedral in the world.

The Castel Sant’Angelo, the original fortress and safe house of the Vatican can be added to this tour (1 hour).
